Born in California but raised all over the world, from Saudi Arabia to Texas to Puerto Rico, I’m still just a girl with a passion and a mission for healing and helping others. I am also proud to have built a thriving chiropractic practice and med spa along with a wellness brand that’s transforming lives.

I didn’t get here because of fancy degrees or connections. It was my personal battle with Stage 4 Hodgkin’s Lymphoma and a deep desire to help others that brought me to where I am today. Now, I’m here to help you transform your health and your life.

Aggressive Happiness isn’t just something I talk about, either. From my work on Crack Addicts to my segment on the TODAY Show, it’s been the driving force behind everything I do. It’s all about taking control of your happiness and health, and my mission is to help you do just that. I want to give you the tools and guidance to thrive, no matter what challenges come your way.
People often ask me, ‘Dr. Colón, how did you get started on this journey?’ My story goes back to when I survived Stage 4 Hodgkin’s Lymphoma at just 14 years old. That experience lit a fire in me, sparking my passion for understanding what makes people truly healthy and happy. I learned that with the right mindset, there’s nothing we can’t heal, achieve, or overcome.
My curiosity about how the body heals, combined with my drive to help others, led me to pursue chiropractic care. I wanted to share that passion with the world, which is why I do what I do on Crack Addicts and in my practice. Along the way, I’ve realized that life isn’t about fitting into a mold. It’s about embracing your unique strengths and using them to achieve everything you want in life

I believe that to truly thrive, you need to show up with everything you’ve got—mind, body, and spirit.
That includes your unique set of gifts, your personality, your sense of humor and most importantly, your heart. I believe that whether you run your own business or not, a creative and entrepreneurial approach is critical to fully blossom in the modern world and to experience the happiness and fulfillment you deserve.

I had such a fun time chatting with my CBS News 12 local station about how people can become physically healthy.
From these folks and many others, I continue to learn new things each day and expand my own ideas about what it means to live a fully creative and meaningful life.
