The following policies are not intended as restrictions, but as essential guidelines that allow us to maintain high standards of care, ensure scheduling availability, and operate efficiently and fairly.
Because appointments require dedicated provider time and treatment resources, certain financial and cancellation policies are necessary. Please review the information below carefully prior to scheduling your appointment.

Services are provided by a Florida-licensed Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) in accordance with Florida law.
Miss Chiropractic provides chiropractic services within the scope of practice defined by Florida Statutes Chapter 460. Services offered are non-invasive and do not include medical diagnosis, prescription of medications, or surgical procedures.
Pursuant to Florida law, the patient or any individual responsible for payment has the right to refuse to pay, cancel payment, or receive reimbursement for any service, examination, or treatment that is performed as a result of and within 72 hours of responding to an advertisement for a free, discounted, or reduced-fee service, examination, or treatment.
Asterisks (*) denote new patient promotional offers. Promotional discounts are valid for new or first-time patients only, may not be combined with other offers, and are subject to additional terms and availability.
To ensure outstanding service and fair pricing, Miss Chiropractic adheres to the following financial policies.
A valid major credit card is required to schedule and hold all appointments, including consultations and treatments. Scheduling an appointment constitutes acceptance of these financial policies.
By providing a credit card, you authorize Miss Chiropractic to charge applicable cancellation or no-show fees in accordance with these policies. Cancellation fees are not billable to insurance.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and any necessary paperwork. As a healthcare practice, we must honor scheduled appointment times to provide prompt and professional care to all patients.
Appointments are confirmed at the time of booking. As a courtesy, appointment reminders may be sent via text and/or email. It is the patient’s responsibility to cancel or reschedule if unable to attend.
If you arrive for your appointment without following required pre-visit instructions or intake requirements, the appointment may be deemed a no-show and the applicable fee will apply.
We will make every effort to accommodate late arrivals. If accommodation is not possible, the appointment will be considered a no-show and the applicable fee will apply.
We respectfully request 48 hours’ notice to reschedule appointments. A 24-hour grace period is extended before cancellation fees apply.
Payment is due in full at the time services are rendered. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Personal checks are not accepted.
All outstanding balances must be paid in full prior to receiving additional services.
Gift credits issued in connection with promotions or packages:
Documented emergency situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If we are closed, please leave a voicemail. Messages are date- and time-stamped and will be returned as soon as possible in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Walk-ins are welcome based on availability. We will do our best to accommodate you.
For safety reasons and out of courtesy to other patients, children are not permitted in treatment areas. Minors receiving chiropractic care must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian.
Pets are not permitted, with the exception of documented service animals.
Referrals are greatly appreciated. Referral credits, when offered, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are subject to promotional terms and availability.
Patients must be 18 years or older, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
